Devin was so easy to communicate with through the entire process. As the agent for both buyer and seller, we felt like she was fair to both parties. She never made me feel like any question we had as first time home buyers was unimportant. She even helped me find a new lender as we had trouble communicating with our first one. I would recommend Devin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She makes the intimidating process of buying a home seamless and easy. She was also so personable, it was so easy to talk to her about any concerns that came up.

Devin is awesome! It was our first time buying a home, and doing it virtually during Covid made things a little hectic. But Devin assured us that she would do everything in her power to get us a home that we are more than happy with, and she delivered. Whether it was Facetiming us for house showings or having her handyman husband take a second look at something, she made sure all of our questions were quickly answered. Even going out of her way after the purchase to try and find survey information for us. 100% recommend!

We wanted to get a HELOC on our current home so we could renovate the new home Devin helped us acquire. She directed us to a different bank than our current bank because she knew they would work for us. Sure enough we went to this other bank and we had the loan within days. Devin Fowler is very knowledgeable and savvy, and it translated into a deal for us. So very happy!

We never could have bought the house we did without her standing up for us as clients, making sure we had the chance to view and put an offer in on a house that was closing offers sooner than anticipated. Not everyone would be so on top of a market this wild, but because Devin is so fantastic, she got us in same day for a viewing and got our offer in within the hour!

Plus she is super fun to be around. It makes you feel less weird about wandering in what's essentially a strangers house that you want for yourself when you have someone laughing at your commentary and lame puns :)

Devin was amazing through the whole process. She listened to our ever-changing wants and needs and provided options that we had asked for. We were shopping from out of state and she was able to show us homes via video. She referred us for financing to a great lender. We cannot be more happy with everything she's provided for us.
